Even though most exhibitors are waiting for the opening day to introduce their latest products and innovations, we were already able to gather informations about the Berghaus Extrem 8000 Pro Jacket, as well as the newest fabrics from Fulgar. EVO is the latest innovative fibre from the Italian brand. The biopolymer Italian fibre is using castor oil seeds as their primary material. This 100% biological material allows for a breathable and ultra-light, fast-drying fabric, with thermal and odor insulation. EVO from fulgar will already be featured in several products during the ISPO show in Munich. The French manufacturer Sofileta (specialized in producing innovative fabrics), will be showing their 3 latest fabrics made from EVO, while the Swedish brand F.O.V. (selected for ISPO Textrend 2016 Award) will be introducing the 4 fabrics they made from the Italian fibre.

In terms of outdoor clothing, Berghaus already introduced its award-winning Extrem 8000 Pro Jacket. The 60 years old British company (whose name means “moutain house” in German) is specialized in moutaineering, and we can expect great things with this jacket. It offers a great freedom of movement thanks to its Xpanse back (a stormproof stretch mesh designed for climbers). It allows a good ventilation, while a system of magnets is designed to extend the jacket with a hood. The Extrem 8000 Pro Jacket is made with a 3 layer Gore-Tex Pro Shell, and the product will be available from September 2016.

Don’t miss the opening of the ISPO 2016 tomorrow to stay in touch with the latest technologies for outdoor sports !
