Arva EVO3+ now available

Consumer avalanche beacons have become much more accessible in recent years and now anyone serious about back-country snow adventures can safely enjoy their day carrying appropriate gear.

Safety equipment specialist Arva have recently updated their user-friendly EVO3 avalanche beacon with the release of the EVO3+ and its range of new features. You can now track up to 3 victims on its digital screen as well as lock a specific target. Once a victim is found, you can block out its signal and focus on the remaining missing persons.

With its 40m range the EVO3+ is a great little device for the recreational users. It runs on four AAA batteries for up to 250 hours. Available now for £200/$237.
