Komperdell releases the Wild Rambler, a new value trekking pole for winter

Fresh from the Austrian Alps, Komperdell is announcing an addition to its range of trekking poles with the Wild Rambler. A sturdy and easy-on-the-wallet option for hikers.

Komperdell is a trusted brand in the pole segment. They have a wide range of fancy ultralights or everyday walking poles for all budgets and usages. And sometimes it’s good to see announcements of normal gear for everyday people and not just super-athletes stuff.

The Wild Rambler is a simple three-sections aluminium walking pole. It measures 64cm folded and can be adjusted from 105cm to 140cm. The lock mechanism is the classic twist type. Poles weigh 249g each. It also comes with Komperdell’s 3 years which guarantees free repairs for telescopic poles, no matter what you did with the pole, “no questions asked, no receipt necessary”.

And the best is the price for a pair of poles: £39.95.

Stockist in the UK is First Ascent. The Wild Ramblers is already available.
