The end of the year is the best season for outdoor related festivals and events. Listen to a team telling their expedition stories, catch an action packed movie or be amazed at some incredible picture, there is an event for all of those things coming.
The North Face Speaker Series
In the Speaker Series you will be able to listen to Simone Moro, Conrad Anker or Hervé Barmasse tell their stories. Milan, Barcelona, Paris, Munich or London, they are coming to a capital near you next month. And it’s all free! All info available here.
European Outdoor Film Tour 12/13
With nine films in the tour, from slack lining and base jumping to Alpine climbing mountain biking, this is one event you can’t miss. They have a lot of dates, most of them in Germany and Switzerland. But check out the map for more details. Tickets are around 12€ / £12.
Harbin Roadshow
Ines Papert, Alpine climber and Arc’teryx sponsored athlete will be showing pictures of her recent trip to Harbin in China, which holds the “City of Ice”. 17 cities in Europe will see Ines’ show, from the end of this month to early 2013. You can see the calendar on her website.
