In its latest campaign, Columbia is pushing hard its own waterproofing-high breathability tech called Omni-Dry by comparing it to the well known and leader, Gore-tex.
GORE-TEX are the market leader in waterproof and breathable garment. Their tech is used many high end outdoor equipments, from jackets to shoes. Announcement of improvements are of course always good news for performance athletes and this new Active Shell Laminate promised for next year looks pretty interesting.
